Who We Are
CyKat Computers is run by Ross Pratt, a computer technician with over 32 years of experience in the field. Ross has been fixing computers since 1994, giving him a deep understanding of how technology has evolved over more than three decades.
This depth of experience enables Ross to solve problems that less experienced technicians may not understand — from obscure hardware faults to complex software issues.
The name 'CyKat' is derived from Ross's grandparents' names, Cyril and Kathleen Pratt, who were greatly influential to Ross as he grew up. It's a name that carries personal meaning and reflects the values of care, reliability, and dedication that CyKat brings to every customer interaction.
A Thriving Local Business
CyKat has been operational as a full-time business since 2016, but Ross has been fixing computers since 1994 — that's over 32 years of hands-on experience. Many CyKat customers had already been relying on Ross for years before the business was formally established.
CyKat has grown into a thriving virtual IT department through word-of-mouth referrals and Ross's dedication to building solid business relationships with his customers, suppliers, and colleagues in the industry.
